Our site provides an easy portal to interact with the community.  Take a few minutes and navigate through all of the features, such as downloading community documents, viewing the calendar of community events, or checking our local weather forecast.  You can also report problems, covenant violations or pass along suggestions to the HOA Board of Directors by clicking on comments on the left-hand navigation menu.

Neighborhood Reminders...

Covenant Violations - The Board has received a number of complaints this summer regarding covenant violations - these includes fences that are in disrepair, utilitiy trailers being stored on homeowner lots, overgrown vegitation, etc...  A summary copy of the Use Covenants and Upkeep of Lot Requirements has been placed on the web site under the 'documents' tab.  If you have received a Notice of Violation from the HOA we ask that you please take steps to rectify the discrepancy.

Canter Estates is a covenant controlled community, the intent of the covenants are to maintain a neat and orderly appearance for the community.

Architectural Changes - Remember if  you're planning to add a deck, patio, fence, shed, etc... to please submit an Architectural Change Request Form. 

1. Click on the Documents Link on the left-hand navigation menu.
2. Select the ARB Form, located under the HOA Forms and Documents Section.
3. Complete the document and send it to the HOA as instructed on the form.
